Most of my paintings are inspired by my own inner mind processes, even rather subconsciousness or unconsciousness. How do we deal with loss of the closest ones? They become part of yourselves and so losing them is just like losing a piece of your own self. This painting represents a girl letting out of her head everything, that is no more part of her daily reality, to relieve the pain, the grief, but her head remains open so that all the lost can quietly return back home to her.
