This painting “happened” spontaneously after talking to a friend, a psychologist. We discussed the demanding character of her profession, we talked about managing other people’s emotions, we spoke of ice breaking we all maintain around … which led to my need visualizing the difficulty of that situation, in which help is hard to reach and provide. Empathy, feeling, tolerance, those all are the key qualities to a healthy human being. Hopefully, this painting will keep reminding us of how important and priceless these are.
